Directions

Day 1: Take a starter dose of 0.25ml/2.5ug under the tongue, after 20 -40 minutes gauge the effects and note tolerance. If desired add another small dose of 2.5ug.

What is FLOW LSD Micro-dosing?

FLOW LSD Micro-dosing is important. The LSD puts you in an energized flow state, opening the creative channels of the brain and allowing you to conquer the tasks that may stand in your way.

Day 1

Take one capsule on an empty stomach upon awakening. We recommend you have a precise idea of how the Microcybin® feels without ingesting any other supplements; which may alter your understanding of the dosage.

Everything we consume has an effect on our physiology, which can make it difficult to gauge what is outside of concepts we have heard about.

We want to teach ourselves how things make us feel, then remember that so we can create a skill. We want to build the skill of micro-dosing so it works for us, instead of something just happening when we take a capsule.

By now you should start to feel the Microcybin® working. Gauge how you feel. Most people notice an improved sense of well-being, more energy, focus, a positive mood, and a flow of creativity.

This is due to improved communication between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and the Microcybin® effect on the 5-HT2A receptors.

Feeling the effect of this should represent a strength of about 5%-10% in the background. This is a sub-perceptual dose, so even though you may feel it subtly it is doing its work in the background. What we are actually aiming for is a change in the plasticity of the brain.

Protocol

The results from the last step will determine how we move forward. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for the Microcybin® to build effect. From our experience, this is due to the Microcybin® in learning your system, cleaning out pathways, and building a relationship with the body.

Most people are able to gauge their dose in the first few days, don’t worry if it takes a bit longer, this is about consistency and rebuilding, not masking symptoms.

If the results feel good, you feel it working in the background between 5% – 10%, we recommend you continue with a protocol of 5 Days of taking a capsule every morning with taking 2 consecutive days off; the days off are important to allow the receptor sites to clear and refresh, this is done naturally by the body and often carries much of the positive effects of the days on. (you can also choose to do 4 days on with 3 Days off as recommended by Mycologist Paul Stamets).
If you feel very little to nothing, continue on the above-recommended protocol for 2 weeks (5 Days on, 2 Days off). Sometimes even though we cannot sense the Microcybin®,.
it is defiantly working on the system in the background. If after 2 weeks, you decide to increase the dose, do so by adding a second capsule in the morning and repeating the above protocol.
If the Microcybin® feels a little strong, we recommend you eat something light to slow the metabolism and be patient; the Microcybin® will balance within the body, and you should feel fine after 45 min – to 1 hour. If this is the case, we recommend you use a protocol of taking one Microcybin® Capsule with food in the morning every 3rd day.
Try this for 2 weeks, then resume the above protocol. After 2 weeks of this protocol, the Microcybin® should work symbiotically with the body.

Booster Dose

After building skills of micro-dosing on the recommended protocol, we can add a “Booster Dose” at the tail end of the Morning microdose. After 4 – 6 hours from the first dose, we can take another capsule in the afternoon.

This will work symbiotically with the original dose and extend the positive effects as needed. We recommend you only do this once or twice at most during the week, as we do not want to build up too much tolerance and give the receptors time to refresh.
